This contains some essential nutrients for eye health and I've been including it lately. Partway through my 2nd bottle. It does contain carrageenan and corn starch so I'll probably switch to a different brand next time.

Great product love the fact that these pills are small and easy to swallow my only negative is the smell but this is only when I open the bottle .been feeling more energetic and my skin has improved
