DependUnderwear for Men, Maximum, Large, Pack/17

Purchased as a “just in case” you need it item. Thankfully I have, so far, been able to reach the “john” without testing absorbency of this product. Not the most comfortable things to wear but then neither is a parachute.

There are a lot of terrible rip off offers in the category of Depend for Men Underwear on Amazon. First of all, the Depend underwear for men is sold by most well known national grocery and drug chain stores for $15.50 or less. I just saw the product listed on Amazon for $19.25 per packet of 16. Usually these sellers charge about $10 to ship a carton of four packets, which makes their outrageous price even more offensive. If you are too embarrassed to go into Safeway or CVS and buy these, perhaps you have a friend of spouse who would do it for you. Second, look at the pictures of the packages before you order. Some of them have the words "New!" and "Maximum Absorbency" on the package, while others have the word "Super Plus Absorbency." I called the manufacturer of Depend, the Depend divsion of Kimberley Clark Corp., and I was sold that the company has not used the words "New" and "Maximum Absorbency" on this product for about 2 years or longer. In fact the product which says "New" is the old and outmoded version which is inferior. The current version is the one with the words "Super Plus Absorbency." It may be the fault of Amazon rather than of the other sellers on the Amazon marketplace that these pictures still appear. It is hard to believe that Amazon would sell an outmoded and inferior product knowingly. I thought the ones that said "New!" really were new and better so I agreed to pay the $19.25 for them. When I leaned the true facts, I complained to the seller who refunded a portion of the purchase price and I also received from Kimberly Clark Corp. coupons for two free packages and a discount on two more. The manufacturer's representative said she would prepare a memorandum regarding my recommendation that Amazon be notified it is posting pictures of an outdated product on its website. Earlier I bought some of the current version of the Underwear for Men from Amazon for approximately $16, which is a reasonably price, but the delivery charge for the Underwear and a related Depend product was about $9, making it not a terrific bargain as one is accustomed to receiving on Amazon.

We actually have not had to use them yet, thank goodness. My husband has Alzheimer's disease and I am trying to prepare our home with items we may need later. I did have him try on a pair and they look great and there seems to be plenty of stretch for easy put on and padding. We like them because they look good too.

I am 5'7", 190 pounds. The 'Depend for Men'. brand has worked very well for me.I have also used the 'Real Fit' brand that also work for me, are a little better quality, but cost quite a bit more.I was a little sceptical at first because of the wide ranges of sizes they claim to fit. However, both brands work with my body size and shape. I just had an operation for bladder cancer, and don't know what I would be doing without these things.

These underwear are great..! My husband was worried that these would be bulky & uncomfortable but he was pleasantly surprised. And these really come in handy during "accident" times.(He is 79 & just had surgey & this won't last long but he said he may keep these around even when he's back in control. They are that comfortable.) I give them a high rating..!!! Bernice & Glenn =o)

Bladder control while sleeping

My husband has suffered with incontenence since his stroke to the point that he stopped going places he enjoyed. This product is amazing. It feels like underwear and yet if there is an accident it is undetectable. We are both very grateful for a product that hasndetectable

When it comes time for the need for this product, instead of regular underwear, confidence is important; and as trite as it sounds you can depend on them. The price is low enough that regular use makes comfort top priority.
