Quite a pleasant surprise
This is a quality product that shows a great deal of innovation. In my computer, it is at least three or four times faster than the previous tuner card that I was using. The company has about 100 different kinds of media cards of all different configurations. They even have a designated Amazon customer service rep who will help you troubleshoot any problems as long as you contact them through Amazon. This is a level of innovation in these cards that we haven't seen from the more traditional TV cards. I'm glad I gave them a try.

Missing part, static shield bag was open/breached during shipping, great customer service
The TV PCI card arrived with its static shield bag open (the safety seal was breached). The card was missing it's 2-PIN power connector so I was unable to power the PCI card on and test the TV PCI card out.UPDATE: After seeing this review, the company reached out to me and offered to provide a replacement. I was very impressed with their customer service. They went above and beyond.Unfortunately, I am unable to review this product further as I misunderstood that it was for satellite; I thought it was for antenna. However, the company reached out to me with another solution and I will be reviewing that. Again, excellent customer service.
