I just bought my second one.
I bought the 32 tooth oval ring to convert a triple ring 29er to a single. I've put over 5000 miles on it and it still has minimal wear. I don't ride off road a lot mostly paved bike paths and trails and I keep my chain clean and lubed. I just converted my other 29er with the 32 tooth ring and it works great for my type of use. I'll never go back to round after using this oval ring. Easy to install on both bikes with original fasteners.

Working great so far
Bought for my TerraTrike to stop ghost pedaling. Working great so far but only rode once to test it.

Nice, but 1X, and my change required a longer chain!
Today I got the Chainring by MSRECK, so this is a DAY 1 review. I got the round 48T (teeth) for my, just-above-Dept.-store-quality Genesis Villotti, 27.5. (Of course, this is a standard chainring. You just have to know your BCD (Bolt Circle Diameter.) It may be printed on your current chainring. If not, you should perhaps buy a cheap digital caliper. It will help you buy the exact right product, and save lots of time. I used some blue thread locker on the chainring bolts, to make sure they stay in. It was an exercise in fumbling though. lolOh, and when I tried to put my chain on, it was too short, as I went from a 32T to 48T. But my chain had very little use, and I had saved an extra section from a prior new chain build, so I was able to stitch it in (the silver section). It did take a Quick Link on each side (2 total - which is not the ideal setup, but they aren't next to each other.) It is day 1, and I just ride this around a small city - not actual mountain bike trails, so it should be fine. I usually have a chain tool with me for road-side repairs.Mine is a SINGLE chainring in front. And I don't know why the ad says, "Only suit Single speed chainring, doesn't fit double/triple speeds."

We'll see
When I received this chainring and felt it I thought for sure I could grab it with two hands twisted and snap it in half. I couldn't, but it felt like I could. And after contemplating whether or not I wanted to return it, I believe that there is a very curious Sam Pilgrim side of me that wants to see how far we can push it Until It Breaks. If this thing doesn't break in the next year I will be pleasantly surprised. I gave it five stars because I've already taken it through a couple of black trails and it held up just fine. Meaning I'm not writing this review from a hospital bed. So we'll see

Works
Working so far on my Poseidon X. Nice having a little bit larger gear. Only put about 50 miles on it so far. I will update later on how it holds up.
