I ordered this screen replacement. I'm no pro but I have had to replace screens a half a dozen times as a person who works a career tough on phones. This one was a little bit more in depth to switch than some of the more kitted out replacements - all internal parts had to be swapped over from the old phone. I got it done in about an hour. I can't believe I'm looking at the same phone! This screen is so vivid and colorful that it's definitely an upgrade from what I was used to!A tip to anyone looking to replace as a DIYer - don't put the back cover on until you've tested everything! I would have had to undo it all once I found out I also damaged my camera with the latest phone fumble. All I had to do was swap the camera out with an old set I had and voila!I have no idea how any of the internal parts really work. I'm not an electronics guy. However, if you can watch a YouTube and you're willing to try, this is the screen to get!

I love the overall product and the package

Most of the tools either were complete crap, damaged, or not their entirely. The replacement display does work although with scratches. They were nice enough to have adhesive for two small parts but that was it. There was an extra screen protector that was cover in cracks. There was no adhesive for back cover so I reused the old one. The plastic tools are really brittle and the suction hardly works. A guitar pick is much thinner and stronger than these picks. Overall, barely enough not to send it back.

It had a hole in the digitizer right out of the box that I didnt even notice until already installed. It is very cheaply made as it cracked with my tempered glass protector on and a heavy-duty phone case on.

I never dropped my phone and the display has a black dot that gets bigger and bigger each day right in the middle of the screen
