Dear Friends, do not go for it. I realised it lately the best is to maintain proper diet and normal exercises. Wearing such belt for tummy trimming will gradually cause back pain and disc dislocation. It’s better to strengthen our back muscles in natural ways.

I cannot comment about the product because the product i received was too small for me. Although, according to the direction I ordered M size.. It was too small. My advice for all is to order a size bigger than what actually you are.

Good belt..velcro power was amazing…but the rods irritating my under breast while I sitting…thats make me pain…and every time i using this my upper belly bulging above the belt

its a simple compression belt.nothing special.My waist is 30 to 32 inch and i bought m size after reading reviews but its a little big for me . Compression belt is supposed to tight , so if your waist is 30to 32 , go for s size .

Comfortable, but elastic may loosen in a year’s time ... this is my second order of the same item, first time I had bought it in retail and price was higher at that time
