Their product clearly states that it weighs 16oz, however, when I tested it on the scale, it only weighed 14oz. I proceeded to call the manufacture, but the customer service representative told me to call Amazon, because they are the ones that sell the products for them... It did not matter that the product came in a sealed bag from the manufacture (ORGANIC WAY LLC) itself. Do not trust a company that blames someone else for what they themselves package.... I won't buy from them anymore. who knows what else are the lying about in their products????
