The media could not be loaded. It's very old dvr and quality of video is third class and it doesn't even come under any warranty.

Hdd doesn’t work, and couldn’t return.
They said Hdd will work if we put 3amp adapter, and locally adapter wasn’t available. So we had to order and after we received adapter it still didn’t work and return date was already over.
