Q: Can these be used with missing teeth. Like a front tooth?

One tooth should be okay. Keep in mind that this item needs existing teeth to connect to and the more teeth the better.

Q: Can you wear these for long periods of time? Wanna wear at a convention but don't wanna be taking out the teeth from pain of wearing them?

They'd have to be rigged up somehow to fit over your teeth like a retainer. They also tend to slip out of your mouth as you talk and/or lip sync to a TikTok audio. They're very difficult to keep in. I found this out almost immediately since I'm am just getting into cosplay for the first time. Also, be very careful, they tend to cut. I hope this answer helps in any which way in regards to your cosplay :)
