cheap but good
both spheres are not equal, one is perfect and the other is misshapen you can feel the uneveness and ridges like the mold it was made of was warped, but in the end the are a cheapr and decent product so it does matter too much, I'm average build and bought the 3.5" and it seems a good fit for me.

Quality Product
Just what I wanted and needed. Quality product, well made. Only downside is if you want multiple uses for this, its a little time consuming to take it off and on with the velcro attachment.

Dangerous Do not buy! Fell knee first on concrete because it couldn’t support 110lbs
Terrible and dangerous product. After my third use, I fell down straight on to my right knee on concrete floor and almost hit myself on the head with the solid ball since it was the only thing I was hanging onto... (250lbs maximum weight capacity) is obviously false since i weight only 110 pounds and it failed to support my weight. Would not recommend or let anyone use this product

Great for forearms
Directions weren't great, but I just kept trying, and testing it each time after. Make sure you test it(!) before you throw your whole big self on these little balls or you're gonna put a hole in the ground with your backside.Also would be nice if there was something to "warm up" or get stronger BEFORE using these. I normally do pull ups pretty easily, but this completely wrecked my forearms. I think I did a 1/4 to 1/3 of what I normally do.

Balls and straps work as described
Everything is good. The balls and the straps work as described. For me, they are harder than it looks. It really works on your grip strength. I’m going to keep practicing as that is the only way I can get stronger. I would recommend these if you are trying to work on gaining grip strength.
