Leaks so much
Good clean water and easy to use. Perfect for travelling if you don’t like buying water bottles all the time. The only problem is not all the water gets filtered into the actual bottle so your left with some at the bottom under the filter which leaks out every time you take a drink. Your limited to small sips because of this leakage.

Missing bottle cap
Item arrived with the packing torn and taped back together. The bottle itself was scuffed and missing the cap. Will return.

500ml of pourable clean water
My partner and I are using this bottle alongside plastic bottles for our trip around India. The tap water here is not drinkable, so the Ultrapress gives us clean drinking water anywhere we go.The filtration process is easy and quick. What I like most is that you end up with pourable filtered water. I haven’t tried the squeeze style bottles, but it seems as though they filter the water on the suck or squeeze, opposed to the ultra press which is designed differently: I can freely pour the filtered water. Makes drinking very natural, and helpful for situations such as brushing teeth on a train.Filling up the container in small sinks is easy, perhaps the Geopress would be more difficult to do this with. We are only scratching the surface of possible water sources to filter. I did try filtering London water before the flight, and was very impressed!Having considered the bigger version - GeoPress - I am happy I went for the smaller Ultrapress. It fits nicely into my daypack side pocket and is not a burden to carry. If there is one feature I think i miss from the Geopress, it’s the cap attachment that attaches the cap to the bottle. I haven’t yet dropped my cap yet, but from general experience with other bottles, it can happen and could get lost.Overall, super happy with this. As I mentioned, we’re using it in conjunction with buying bottled water from shops, so are filtering water on average twice a day. With 150L available in this filter, I am hoping it to last the two months!

Fuming
I bought this Grayl cup after reading a lot of reviews, and was taking it out to Kilimanjaro with me in Oct 2022. It didn't work. It was broken, so I took it l the way up and down Kili and couldn't use it. When I returned I returned it for a refund, and have got a £43.94 despite paying a cost of £79.95 for it. So I've had a broken product and am getting about half of what I paid back. Beyond angry.Just an update. The owner and I had some correspondence and he was very decent, and has since refunded the full amount. So the 1 star is for the cup, as it didn't work, but to be fair to the owner he was very good and refunded. In relation to this cup, a few pals of mine bought it and they worked very well, I guess I must have just picked the runt of the litter.

I use this bottle on camping and hiking expeditions. It was so easy to use and worked very well. No sickness or stomach aches after using. Clean and quick source of water. I used it to filter water from water streams and lakes and worked like a charm. Great product, highly recommend it.
