Excellent two sided scan printer with some surmountable driver problems.
An excellent printer, that has some driver hiccups to get "just right". Xerox two sided scan is a must have as most printed paper is two sided. Print quality is excellent as a xerox should be.There are separate driver installers for both the scanner and printer. Install the scanner drivers first, then the Xerox Global print driver. After that remove both devices and just install through windows manually "add printer that is not listed here", then "manually chose driver"The xerox Global printer driver then activated the scanner and allows print and scan on one device, with xerox utility configuration.If you don't care for the xerox printer settings utility, then just install the global print drivers and you're done. Easy.Regarding the cover page, deactivate by navigating to the ip address in a browser, then in print settings disable cover page. This disables it on all devices that print to it.

Good utility printer!
Update:After finding out they cannot reset the password they had to send me a replacement printer.Luckily it was new and not a refurb.Had to call in to get technical assistance so the password thing is not a problem again and it's all set up now.However, no scanning software is provided so you have to pay to get one or find a freebie off the internet.Works fine but wish they would have provided this type of information up front so you could have decided prior to purchase.Initial experience comments: Thought Xerox was a great product but will not install scanner software right away so this is a boat anchor!East coast tech support impossible to find.Downloaded firmware update but "zero" instructions on how to install it.Logged onto printer with IP address in browser but wants an Admin login and password....Never gave or asked for one so wtf?! Can't do anything without Xerox input and I am a high-end computer user with multiple programs and programming under my belt. I even configured computers. Absolutely incensed at this moment!Website is pure crap to navigate for assistance! Unbelievable!Anyone should be able to install their crap without special knowledge or assistance! Mad as hell right now!

Xerox knows how to do printers right!
Great printer. We have owned HP and Dell printers in the past, but this unit is head and shoulder above them. It's a multi-function device; we use scanning, copying and printing functions often. It can send faxes too, but that is a defunct technology nowadays. We have had zero paper jams so far. The printer interface and the remote software interface are intelligently designed and are feature rich. I love to see Xerox license their software to other printer manufacturers and make it an industry standard. Its print quality is consistent and high, and uses very little ink. Repeat buyer.

Inferior parts, not durable!
I bought 2 of these work centers almost a year apart and the fusers have gone bad in both. The first printer worked fine up until the second toner change (all toners were bought on amazon and are original toners). I noticed the printer would start to print dots and streaks across the page. I thought it was the printer telling me that the toner was finished. However, I bought a new toner and replaced it and it is the same thing that is happening. And now the second printer I set it up at my second office and we printed maybe a hundred sheets and it is doing the same thing as the first printer. How long does the fuser last in this machine? I think i should get replacement parts for this inconvenience.

Google cloud print did not work
Had problems with this machine right out of the box. It took me about 6 hours to finally get this printer to print from a desktop computer directly in the same network. Printing from an android (phone or tablet) or with google cloud print caused the print to restart repeatedly (forever) until I just unplugged the printer. I tried about 6 different times. The cloud printed document never prints. My other cloud printing printers all work fine. Xerox support told me to contact google as this had something to do with them. No other help from Xerox support. Nothing in on-line support about this problem either. I am returning. Not recommended. 2 -starts as you can at lease print from a desktop computer. Congrats Xerox.

Works like a charm
The Xerox 3345 has met and surpassed my expectations so far. We have had no trouble and it's much faster than our previous Xerox.
