Good quality for the money. Definitely a lift in cognition. Flavor profile isn't bad if you don't want to mix it with anything.

When I was first looking into trying this out for my ADHD, I read a lot of reviews from people saying that they noticed immediate changes. For me, the changes seemed to be minimal. However, I discovered how much better I was doing when I'd been taking it daily for over a couple of weeks and then forgot to take it on my way out the door to church. This is where I noticed the difference. I was not able to focus on the sermon, so I found my mind wandering and pulled away by every distraction. In contrast, just the day before that I was able to attend 2 online workshops one after the other that combined were nearly 5 hours and I stayed focused the whole time with minimal effort. So, it is very apparent to me this is working without any of the side effects I get from taking medication. I'll be keeping this as part of my daily routine so that I can keep up with the productivity levels I've enjoyed the past few weeks while taking this.

Hard to find powder

Once you’re sure you like it, go for the bigger bag. I’m not a medical professional, but citicholine seems to work nicely in combination with omega-3. No flavor - mix it in to yogurt, oatmeal, or whatever.

I like the product and I believe it’s helping my cognitive skills however the package does not indicate how many serving in 50 grams, especially since it comes with a measuring spoon. I’m not sure if I’m actually getting 50 grams in the package. 3 stars for the packaging information. 4 stars b/c it seems to be helping me

Breaks well

Great product, mixes easily, and no real taste. Nice to make own dose without fillers. This supplement (choline) hasn't worked great for me, too stimulating :/
