Great and Useful - Check volume for your application
Due to amount of gel, interior volume is reduced greatly. Remember that for your application. Unit does hold temp to legal levels for up to 8 hours, but product has to be replaced well before due to size. I resolved by purchasing the 1/3 size units which holds more product.
