This works so well! It does not use a lot of electricity even though I keep it plugged in for days on end. The only downside is the sound that the magnets make when they hit each other. After awhile, you get used to it, but for people who are sensitive to sounds, you won't want this around areas in which you relax.

Works great even through a water jacketed beaker. Great little work horse for the money.

The package arrived undamaged and on time. I’ll use this for mixing shellac. I use a coffee grinder to get the shellac into a powder, then I put the mixing jar on the flat surface. At this point I place the magnet into the jar, being careful to center the magnet in the center of the jar. I used a friends device and knew I had to have this. It makes mixing shellac so much faster. A great tool!

Not powerful, not high quality, but it's cheap and hasn't broken with the light use I give it over the past couple years

I really like this thing! For the money, it was a steal. If you need a cheap mag stirrer, you'd be hard pressed to find a better value than this.

works great for water/powder solutions, anything even slightly more viscous wont work

It works as intended, speed adjustments can be touch and low speed.
