Excellent customer service
I use this product for etching/darkening knives, works like a charm especially in pattern welded steel, but also to reveal temper lines in hardened steel, useful when restoring vintage axes or blades.My order was lost in the mail to no fault of the seller, I reached out to them explaining the situation and a replacement was at my door in a matter of days. Great for etching Damascus or San mai

Knife etching
Use this on Damascus knives I make. It works well, but I may actually have to cut it down some more. I have already cut it in half with distilled water. Seems to be very strong stuff !! No complaints from me about anything. It shipped and was packaged well, and it works great. Will not need any more for a very long time.

Recommend this product
This is a concentrate so it will go a long way. We found for etching Damascus knives the ratio works well at 1:3 acid to water respectively. The packaging was well done and we received when expected.
