Wasabi Power Battery for Canon LP-E8 (2-Pack) for Canon EOS 550D, EOS 600D, EOS 700D, EOS Rebel T2i, EOS Rebel T3i, EOS Rebel T4i, EOS Rebel T5i

I have several of these for my two Canon cameras. One camera takes one, the other has a grip that holds 2. I have several spare batteries in each camera bag. The Wasabis don't let me down. Using my 2 battery camera, at the drag strip, all day, lots and lots of shots, including many motor driven continuous shots of the races, I've never had to stop and change the batteries. Lasted all day. I went ahead and swapped them for the spares afterwards and put them on a charger, then used the others all day the next day. They don't let me down.

These LP-E8 Batteries represent quality at a bargain price. These batteries fully charge in the Wasabi charger and in the Canon charger and show amount of charge left on the Canon body LCD screen. I highly recomend this vendor and these batteries for anyone that uses a Canon T5i,T4i,T3i, or T2i. And I also Highly Recommend the Wasabi LP-E6 Battery as well. I have purchased several of both the LP-E6 and the LP-E8 from this vendor; and they work just as well as the Canon OEM battery and they hold their charge very well in my Canon T5i,70D, and 80D bodies. They all can be charged by the Canon or Wasabi charging units.Thank You for making such a quality product at a very reasonable and valued price.

So far they work great! My camera has a battery error/shortage problem, so it’s really hard to say how efficient these batteries are. But they seem to last just as long as my OEM Canon battery - when my camera is working right.

Bought this because I lost the original extra batteries for my Canon camera, these were significantly cheaper than the OEM brand and works well so far. Charges with no issue in the original Canon charger as well which makes things easier for me. I've bought Wasabi Power brand batteries for other cameras before and have not had an issue with either one of those so far.

I have a Canon T5i and I love the stock LP-E8 battery. I just needed more of them and was unwilling to pay the high price that Canon charges for them. These Wasabi batteries came as a two-pack and I love them. They offer the same life as the stock battery and I can keep spares charged and ready to go. I'm an avid Astro-photographer and often go through more than one battery during a night's session. These work great. Recommended.

I bought these batteries originally in 2012 when I purchased my Canon Rebel T2i. These batteries have lasted me a solid 4 years with no complaints. Battery life is good and only now so I have one start to swell to the point where I had a hard time removing it from the camera's battery slot, which is no big deal because for the price, these things have more than done the job. I had to buy another set and fully expect these to last for another few years. Worth the price!

Wasabi batteries are very good in my opinion, but the pins in the charger are way too flimsy and bent as soon as I put a battery in. Wasabi really needs to fix this or it will damage their reputation.I’m probably going to look for a different brand of charger.Very disappointed, and it will obviously cost something.

The batteries work as advertised. I didn't measure how many shots I was able to take on a charge, but they came ready to go and charged in the stock Canon battery charger that came with my T3i. Seemed like they lasted at least as long as the stock Canon battery. Great way to get more battery life when on the go and shooting a lot of pictures. Took them on an international trip recently and they performed as I expected them to. Would recommend.
