Prestige Medical Analog Stethoscope Watch with Medical Symbols, Blue

This is the third watch I have bought. My first one was I got as a Christmas gift. I liked it so much and found it so useful that I bought one for my other stethoscope. I have two stethoscopes I trade out each week. My first two died after three and a half years of continuous use and two battery changes plus many drops when dealing with cantankerous dogs (I'm a CVT). I got a Think brand watch (the only one a local uniform store had) which only lasted a few months. Looking at their reviews, this is a common thing for them. From now on I will only buy Prestige Medical watches.

I have a Cardiology IV stethoscope which this barely fit on, but it fit. After one day of using my stethoscope, the back plastic broke off. Maybe this would work better on something with smaller tubing. Amazon didn’t offer return or replacement options for this either. So for anyone looking into this- choose something better quality, trust me.

It does not initially look like it fits a large tube, but it does. You really have to pinch the tube to get it on. Once attached, it is mobile enough to turn the clockface around without easily sliding up and down the tube. It has kept time for me for the last couple of months. It has lasted even after being dropped and "broken" free of its base several times (clumsiness). I eventually attached it to my stethoscope. Surprisingly durable.

I will start off saying I wi be buying this again if needed. I wish it would fit better on my stethoscope but really does the job and makes couldn’t heart rate and respirations easier. Sometimes you can hear the ticking of the clock but usually doesn’t interfere with counting.

Hard to get on multiple different kinds of stethoscopes. Clock works with second hand. Easily broken plastic

One for me and the granddaughter who just passed her BSN degree and her first try with the NCLEX, I am a respiratory therapist and it works great especially on patients who are breathing so shallowly you can’t see them but can hear them if your scope is on their lungs.

Very good piece for a less price. Although it’s pain in the rare to attach them to stethoscope tube.

From the moment I received this watch it never worked. Wasted $18.
