This product arrived with mold growing inside the bucket.This is the second bucket that I have received. It is unacceptable. I have a business to run and tis product is unusable. I want it Replaced ASAP. I have requested refund or replacement. I have purchased this product At lease 5 other times.I use this product daily,I have orders that need To be filled this holiday week, this will be an absolute embarrassment for me.Please help me out.

Not really ganache. More like a fudge
More of a fudge icing/filling than a ganache that hard sets. Works and taste great as a fudge icing and filling. But it is not ganache
