Is it top quality material? No, obviously not. But for the price you pay it's a terrific costume that lets you resemble Napoleon for a fun filled evening!

Very happy with the costume, just needed to replace the brown hat with a better one. Won Best Couples Costume prize (Napoleon and Josephine) at two parties. Fits true to size: size M fit my 6' tall partner well (he usually wears size M).

Overall, the costume is worth how much I paid. I would have bought it again if I had to do it all over. Losts of smiles and compliments.Pros:* Good looking costume. Many compliments* The jacket, vest, and sash worked very well together. Fit was good* Epaulets and medals were a nice touch as well* Includes everything you need for your costumeCons:* Pants have no pockets - what do you do with your keys, phone, and wallet. I wore same color Dockers instead, and it worked out fine* Hat does not have good form, even with ironing - it's made from a soft felt. They did not put enough attention to what it should look like. And it's brown instead of black. I recommend buying one yourself to go along with the costume* Boot "covers" were pretty chintzy. On the bright side, they did hold up for the one night, and worked with my dress boots* Epaulets are held on by 2 tiny, weak Velcro strips for each one - I used 2 safety pins on each one as I didn't want them falling off all the time. However, the velcro on the jacket was well doneI'm not sure how many wearings you can get on the boot covers or the hat. Everything else is decent for what you pay for it. If you want the Napoleonic look for your party, go for it!

It was my first time ordering a costume and I was not sure what to expect... I am not disappointed. I wore it all day (no tear). With some makeup and a bit of gel to round a lock of my hair just beneath the hat, it did exactly what I had hoped for: My students loved it ! It was a great add on to my lesson. I am 5.4 and a man small size for good for me (a female).

I bought this costume for my husband. He stands 6 foot two and he weighs about 150 pounds.I bought a medium for him because he is so tall. I did not want the sleeves to be short for him. With all the bells and whistles that it comes with it is way worth the money. The pants are very large though. I had a tailor takeoff a lot of Material near the inseam and also apply a Velcro belt in the back so he can have it as tight or loose as he wishes.I love the sash and the metals and the jacket is worth the whole costume. The hat has to be replaced as it looks like a little brown pirate hat that looks like puppy dog ears.The costume is worth getting. Just know you’re going to have to buy another hat if you wanted to look more like Napoleon.

I was extremely hesitant at first given as it was cheap and on Amazon. But my god does this feel bad ass to wear. It looks awesome, feels awesome, and comes with so many goodies for such a low price. I would definitely advise getting a size lower than you usually wear. I'm typically a medium-large but the small was the only one that fit and it fits like a glove as they say. Absolutely would recommend to any of my fellow Napoleonacs out there. Long live the Emperor!

It was good in concept, but I didn't look like the guy in the picture. The costume does come with most of the accessories, but you will have to spruce it up a bit to really make it great. The hat is garbage, you'll want to throw it out and get something better. Mine was packed in the bag so tight that it was permanently creased and folded, but of course I waited until the last minute to buy a costume, so I was stuck with it. That being said, it wasn't too bad, and I had a good time at my Halloween party. Most people could recognize who I was supposed to be.
