It's comfortable enough that I would say 'yes,' but it's best to avoid wearing a binder for too long everyday because they can compress the blood vessels and the ribs and cause long term damage.

Q: Im an A36. What size would you recremend??

They run very small, so you might just consider the 36 being at least a med or even a large if you have a large rib cage. I used this binder after having a double mastectomy and it was more comfortable than the binder the hospital sent me home with.

Q: I'm a 32DD should I get a medium?

I ordered a size smaller than I should've gotten and the compression was pretty good. The only problem I had was the fact that the binder was a little too short so I had some cleavage on the top.
