When it first arrived, I thought it felt soft , but I thought give it a go , it's very comfortable, I slept well with it , only used it one night but so far so good , will update if that changes

Nice comfy pillow a little bit softer than I would have liked but over all very comfy and bouncy.

I only ever buy these pillows they are really good. They are very full but soft and they last. I need to sleep with my head quite high as I suffer from vertigo but these pillows are perfect.

It came as a set of 2 but one is filled more than the other. I just started using it and slept for 2 nights. It was fine i suppose. I bought it to use at my boyfriend's house as his pillows don't agree with me. So it won't be used so much as a daily home pillow.

These pillows are really comfortable! They are great for back and side sleepers. We will definitely buy more when the ones we have need to be replaced. Highly recommended!

These pillows are not firm. At all. If you want firm pillows, don't buy these. Bought Premier Inn firm pillows to replace. They are properly firm.

I have chronic back pain & tried many pillows over the years, even with advice from Specialists but none really helped, until I found these! The first night I tried one was the first ever night I've slept all night in many, many years, even with the perfect mattress. The quality is perfect in all departments & I cant recommend these enough, especially for anybody who suffers with chronic back pain as I do. It's not just the correct mattress that helps back problems it's the right pillow as well. I fully recommend these!

Seemed very firm the first few days then it softened up a little to medium firm which is great for me. My sleep comfort has greatly improved. 4 weeks on and it’s still great.
