Surprise Flood
Installed this in an antique drainboard sink because the sink had unique hole spacing and this faucet has adjustable mounting which fit the holes. It has been in service for about 8 months and we were surprised to find it spraying a lot of water from the adjustment screw shown in the pic. The water sprayed beyond the sink rim and into the floor. This is some kind of a shut-off that I am not sure why is needed but it is part of the faucet construction. Fortunately we installed real shut-offs on the supply lines under the sink. After cleaning up the flood, inspected the cause and found the rubber O-ring had displaced from its groove in the screw and was actually pertly protruding from the faucet housing assembly. Reseated it and it seems to be holding for now but my level of trust is low. Before this link it was 5-star but I have lowered my rating to 2-star.

Need Detail for the Adapter
I bought this Kitchen Faucet, and the Adapter was Male to Male, and What I need was Male to Female, so I have to return it.My Suggestion is : On the description must be explained in detail included the size.Thank you.

Good customer service
The faucet leaked and needed to be at this angle to not leak. Completely washed away the smooth spackle underneath it.However the customer service was excellent and they mailed a new faucet. I haven’t gotten to replace it yet but I’m satisfied with the customer service and there are washers in this box that weren’t in the first box so I am hopeful

Terrible treading
Returned, unable to install. The piping is straight instead of tapered, which means no matter how hard you try, water will leak.

Pictures are not of product
The faucet is really nice but did not install. The knob is different and not the one pictured here which was what I was looking for.
