I am in the process of returning this unit to Amazon. had to return it for two big reasons. the call sound quality in the car was good, but the person on the other end of the line always said it was muffled. i tried turning off the vehicles fan as i thought maybe it was the air blowing out of the vents over the unit which caused the muffled sound, but even with the fan off the sound quality was poor. the other reason was that there was no temperature control screen. you can turn on and off the the air, or heat, but there was no screen telling you how hot, or cold you have your vehicle, or where it was blowing. Not sure if it was just my unit, but when i installed the unit it already had songs on it hard drive which makes me believe that this unit was already returned.

Very poor . Not happy at all .. long wait to get .. no real instructions.. may as well just us your phone with ear buds .. I would recommend not buying this product
