Works as always but now easier to apply
Makes using bore snakes easier. Few sprays down the barrel followed by the bore snakes cleans everything well.

I wouldn't necessarily recommend one over the other
I've used Hoppe's No. 9 and Break Free CLP. I wouldn't necessarily recommend one over the other. But I really like using my Hoppe's Bore Snake. The Bore Snake kit came with a can of aerosol solvent like this. It did seem to run out rather fast, but I guess the bottle is pretty small. If I used this solvent more often, I'd probably buy a bigger can. But this is the perfect size to fit in the elastic loop on my Bore Snake kit. The Bore Snake and this solvent, plus the bottle of Hoppe's lubricant (which doesn't run out near as fast) seem to do a great job, so I'll continue to buy this stuff as I need it.

Can't go wrong with Hoppes. I am LEO, firearms instructor, and Armorer for Sig Sauer. I use this smaller bottle to spray in the bore/barrels of my AR and handguns. Works well. I shoot often and can tell you if you're looking for a reliable solvent, Hoppes is the way to go.
