I love products that use science based formulations, and MacaMaxima does just that. Each of the ingredients have been studied and proven to support exercise performance, men's health, and testosterone levels.The breakdown and potential effects:Tongkat Ali- Tongkat is probably the leading herb for testosterone support, and 2-3% eurycomanone is very potent and as high or higher than almost any of the other extracts I've been able to find.Black Ginger- Reduces fatigue, anti-inflammatory effects, improves exercise performance, reduces body fat. I like that this uses a high concentration standardized extract.Maca- Another high concentration standardized extract. Improves desire and bedroom performance. Might have some exercise enhancing effects.Those are the main functional ingredients in this. A little bit of zinc for more testosterone support, and bioperine to increase overall absorption. Effects can take a few weeks to kick in from herbal supplements, but so far I've noticed some increase in energy levels and maybe a little more drive. The product and formulation both seem great, and it's made in Japan.

This didn't do much in the way uplifting or enhancing libido, mood, or energy levels. In fact, it tended to make me a bit tired. That can happen with the Maca which either energizes or relaxes you depending on if you need it. Guess I don't need it. I've had cheaper brands with similar ingredients that were more effective than this. This was just okay.

This is some of the best maca we have ever tried. I love the source and the fact that it is easy on my system.5 stars!

You can read the box to see what Maca is supposed to do, but after taking this for about 4 weeks, my husband says that he can feel a difference in his energy and overall mood.A serving is 2 capsules, which will last you a month. You should get a good idea if it works for you by then.The main ingredient he was looking for was Maca, but the other ingredients are a plus and helpful in absorbing the Maca.The bottle is about half full of product. There is no smell. We think we'll be getting this one again.

The first time I heard about the Maca root was on my trip to Dominican REP in 2015, I tried it as a drink, but did not really do much, but the tour guide promised that this is how the locals keep the non-stressed laid-back lifestyle yet very productive attitude in the Dominican Rep. I am in my second trial and do not expect to feel a difference until after the 10th dose (for me) from there you will feel confident, relaxed more stamina, and somehow mind clarity. It may take longer or shorter depending on your metabolism, but for me, they work and work great.

Great product. Good blend with the Maca. I noticed after taking two capsules I was very alert and awake. The product came very securely sealed, the capsules were not sticking together or melted, and it was in date. The description was very informative. The product is as described and works very well!

These Maca Maxima capsules from Labo Nutrition are an interesting combination supplement. The bottle arrived to me packed within a cardboard box. The box is full of information about the Maca Maxima supplement and what is contained within the capsules. The bottle also contains a lot of the same information on the label, however the box is a bit more detailed. There are 60 capsules per bottle, and the suggested serving is 2 capsules. Each 2 capsule serving contains 555mg of a, “Proprietary Blend” that contains Tongkat Ali extract, Black Ginger extract, Maca extract, Brewer’s Yeast (contains 10mg of Zinc), and Bioperine Black pepper extract. Since this is a proprietary blend, there is no mention as to the exact proportions of any of these ingredients, which is a gripe I have. Nearly all of the extracts are standardized, however.The capsules are easy to swallow. In the past I have taken Maca, different brands, and I never notice much of anything from it. Tongkat Ali, however, I do tend to get a bit of a boost from. This Maca Maxima supplement, it does give me a bit of the same feeling I’d get from Tongkat Ali, so, there is something to these capsules, however, I feel it would be the same if I just took Tongkat Ali by itself. Some supplements effect different people differently, and Maca, I just don’t notice much from, Tongkat Ali, however, I do.LABO Nutrition, I’ve used a number of their supplements in the past, and some I have stuck with, and overall I find the quality from them to be pretty good. Their website is informative, the listing here is presented with plenty of information, and the packaging, especially the box, contains a lot of information. They are up front about a number of things, including where their products are manufactured. These capsules are manufactured in Japan.Overall, an interesting, “Proprietary Blend” supplement, just it didn’t do much for me beyond what I notice from Tongkat Ali by itself.

These maca capsules are small and easy to swallow.When you open the bottle, the scent is reassuringly mild and fresh. It doesn't smell like an overpowering scary herb.I took a couple at night for a few days, and it seemed to add a boost when I needed some stamina for a little nocturnal exercising.I like the ingredients and I like that they don't have extra fluff like artificial flavors and colors.
