Q: Will these not let water go through

No. SUNKISS protective underwear uses water resistant backsheet to prevent leakage.

Q: I have really heavy periods, will these protect me from leakage at night?

Don't know if they could used for menstruation as they are designed for urine incontinence. But I can't recommend them. They were useless especially as the sides were tearing apart after only going to the toilet a couple of times the absorbent area bunch up a bit. The ones I settled on for my incontinence are called DEPEND.

Q: How do i return item as i ordered wrong size but needed next size up

Have you opened the pack? Because of the nature of this product, I don't think you can return them if you've opened them. You could give them to a charity?

My husband had bowel cancel and a good proportion of his workings removed. He had terrible issues with constant runs it was a nightmare. He’s bought a few packets of these and if everything he tried, these were the best as they can handle most things and not he’s had the odd accident and it was handled well. Having trued several different products these were the ones we re bought and would recommend for poo issues as nit all can cope with that. Hope this helps as it’s a nightmare and a minefield and we are happy to assist.
