This is a nice thick leather belt. I got one that has the extra stitching and it really looks nice. The 1.5 inch size worked well for what I needed. The quality is good and should last a long time.

I've now bought two of these belts. They are of excellent quality and true to fit. They come with tools to add holes if needed. I bought several other brand belts which had leather in them but weren't solid leather despite their marketing... these are pure leather.

I giggled when I got the belt - working on my health and it was needed to replace my old workhorse and to down size. I giggled cause they include a leather punch so you can make changes. Changes - right.Like the look and heft of the belt and its materials. Has worn a bit but I am breaking it in.Seven weeks post purchase - I am improving my health and just cut four inches off the belt - used the punch and moved the buckle to the newly punched end. Easy and it looks great and it fits and will last me a good long time - until I shorten it again. Very pleased.

I received the belt yesterday. It looks like it’s a well-made belt. The buckle looks strong and sturdy and I posted a picture of the way the leather is attached to the buckle with a screw rivet rather than a hard faster river which I am a little bit delirious of to be honest. The leather I do believe it is leather I’m not 100% convinced it’s not compressed leather parts, and I think the only way to tell will be to wear the belt a while and see how it holds up. The stitching looks good and looks like it goes through both pieces of leather.One issue I have with the belt, and this may be that I overlooked it in their description, while the packaging says Italian made leather it says it is made in China, and in all honesty I am not confident in much that is produced in China so the only way to figure all this out is to actually wear the belt and See how it holds up for at least the first 30 days in time to return it if need be. I’ll come back later with a review after wearing it as to how it has held up.So between the buckle rivet and it being made in China I’ll only give it 3-4 stars.

What makes this belt stand out in my view is the unique micro size adjustment tool the maker provides with the belt. I like to have a bit of a longer belt tongue once I strap it to my britches so I tend to buy a size or two bigger than I need. HOLMANSE provides a leather punch and instructions for fine tuning the belt from the buckle end. You've got to be careful and use a good razor knife and a straight edge to trim the belt from the buckle end, then use the punch to to re-attach the buckle to the belt with the size adjustment. Maybe too much effort for some but I'm happy to be a junior leather worker to get the fit I want. The belt is well made, very nicely packaged and an extreme value. Very pleased with the purchase!

It's really strong and good for bigger men for work been using it as my go to belt for work and has not failed me yet.

I bought the brown version of this belt over a year ago and it has served me well, so much so I purchased this black version. had lost weight since my original purchase (brown version) and the ability to modify the length and retain the integrity and look of the belt has been a great value. These are solid leather, a great weight, and the perfect finish for casual wear. Looking forward to getting an equal level of satisfaction from this black model.
