These have been great for strength training and also working on our jumps. I would recommend this product for anyone needing to build leg strength and increasing their jumping span.

Getting my bounce back
Back in my hay day, when I was a high school baller, I use to be able to dunk at 5’9 due to various workouts. Now that I am 33, I lost that ability to jump. I am in shape, and still athletic but just not the same when I was younger. I use this product for 3 days straight doing my homemade workouts and notice the difference immediately. I had a little more explosion when I jumped. So the more consistent you are, the better the outcome. The only thing I dislike is the band doesn’t fit around your waist properly. I am a size 36 waist and it barely… I mean barely wraps around. Other then that… it is a good product in my opinion.

Great training tool
Great training toolThis is a great exercising tool for any sport and helps balance and strengthens and quickens your reflexes the only con I have is they should provide a YouTube video of how to perform their exercises. I was able to implement my own exercises Along with what they demonstrated excellent work out tool
