400Mg of Tart Cherry
So far so good. I haven't had any issues so far. Seems like it has the most Tart Cherry compared to other brands. Not sure how the Folic Acid helps so need to research it.

Works but it would be better if it was cheaper
I felt relieve from gout flare up a few days after trying this. Seems pretty legit. It also seems like something that would need to be taken daily for true relief, even if you aren't having a gout attack. It would be nice to see this product a little cheaper

While taking this product I got a gout attack, so it’s not effective.

male, white, likes fast food, beer n beef jerky, weight 200#, 6ft tall.
I have chronic gout... get it randomly, tried changing diet, drinking more water, drinking less booze. But still get the same result... GOUT! but if i pop 1-3 of these a day. Everyday. I dont see a flare up too bad or at all!
