This is for entire assembly length not cable length, so be aware when purchasing. Would have worked great if my devices were stacked, or I could move to get the sfp plugged in, but as is did not have enough cable.The item was replaced with a 1m cable and it works great. Negotiated at 10gbps. Testing line rate showed that the connection was within spec, so good to go.

If you're looking to link up a couple of mix-speed DAC port Ubiquiti appliances, look no further. This is your connector!Lots of what I read said this wouldn't work but, given the price, I thought it would be worth a shot. So glad I did because it works flawlessly. You can go into the UDM Pro settings and set the port to 1Gbe instead of the default which is auto negotiate. Having done that, this thing worked flawlessly as expected. It does so at a fraction of the price of other cables that are made for 1Gbe ports. The bonus is that if Ubiquiti ever comes out with an update to this appliance, I'm set with the proper DAC already.Great buy and not only frees up a couple of network ports but also impresses all of the babes! ;-)

Plug and play. Works as advertised.No issues. My Ubiquity dream machine se recognized it right away.

Doing some cleanup in my network closet and I wanted to optimize the ports I was using. While a little long currently, the length gives me a little flexibility in case I need to move up a piece of equipment or down 1U. Nice enough quality for me and a good value. Happy to have the improved speeds.

Using it to connect a UDM to unifi switches. The switches only support SFP, but for that they seem to work great. Cant vouch for its 10gb capabilities, but dont see any reason why it wouldnt work for that too.

These DAC cables worked like a champ in my rack. I’ve used them before on odd jobs, and have only had an issue with certain devices that’ll negotiate but not pass traffic until you force 1Gbps (if incapable of 10Gbps). Build quality, reliability, and performance are second to none with these devices, and the price cannot be beat!

Did the job. For anyone wondering, I used the Ubiquiti DAC to connect a MikroTik CCR1009 to an UniFi US-16-XG. Link came up at 10Gbps with no issues.
