I purchased this device the beginning of June. I noticed it wasn’t working anymore and realized the on/off control never lit up even after unplugging the ac cord and changing where I plugged in the device. I spent greater than $200 and realized it was a waste! I recommend No one invest in this device!

I had been doing much research for a long time on getting a oil atomizer/diffuser to scent my home without the hassle of adding water or having to use scent from a specific company.I fell in love with one of the well known companies hotel scents and they have their diffuser selling for more than twice the price!! So with my research here on Amazon I saw that this one is the same build quality of solid metal, and functions exactly the same for a fraction of the price.I have been able to control it with the app seamlessly and set it to run at particular times.It has elevated my home and makes it more inviting to the senses.

I really wanted to love this product. It worked as advertised for a little while but then became very Loud and not very aromatically productive. I bought a second unit thinking I may have purchased a lemon but had the exact same experience. This product is trash!!!

This diffuser is quiet but works greatly. It’s perfect for even the bedroom. I have other diffusers that I bought in the past but they noisy and blow cold air. This is especially not good in the winter.

this product, when arrived, was beautiful nice packaging and as described. I have purchased the scents from both amazing and the original company without any issues. however, now the diffuser is making a strange noise, and it does not appear to be working. it is an expensive item to have issues, not even a year of use.

Did everything possible to keep working yet it just wanted to fail. Would not recommend this item no matter how cheap it is. The unit is designed to fail. Parts are cheap. When working it was not a good product.

Was nice while it worked. Now I’m out of a lot of $$$. Stopped working and can’t find any help with the product. Sucks!!

My husband purchased this not even a year ago. It has a loud noise and has stopped diffusing. We have reached out to Amazon and they will not help because it was through a third party. We have emailed the vendor but have not received a response. I will update this post if anything changes but at this moment DO NOT purchase.
