These are solid cast iron with some kind of plating/epoxy on the outside so they don't rust. They weigh 2.5 pounds each (I checked) and they are perfect for throwing into a gym bag because it seems like no gyms ever seem to carry them. money well spent, plus they are half the cost of other 2.5 pound plates

Loved these and really sad they didn't fit my bar learned the hard way my bar was smaller then normal gym bar!

Nice weights but would’ve appreciated it to have gotten all 4 like I ordered

2 of the 4 plates came with large burrs inside that make it very difficult to go on and off my barbells and racks but for the money I didn’t expect perfection. Luckily I can grind off burrs myself but more quality control on their products would go a long way with customer satisfaction.

I was skeptical about the quality but the coating is decent and corners smooth. They look exactly like the Cap weights. Good price, would recommend. Also the color is grayer and lighter than the black I thought I was going to get but I like the color.

I got these for less than $4 a piece (I bought a pair). They look very much like my CAP weight plates so the round out the set nicely.
