1000 better than KT tape
I’ve been using kinesiology tape for several years. This brand is my go to brand. Many of the tapes irritated my skin. Nordic lift does not irritate my skin. It sticks until you take a shower. Sometimes it will even last through a shower. For reasons unknown, the black tape sticks even better than the beige tape. However the Black Tape can leave residue behind. The beige tape really doesn’t.Kinesiology tape is really a miracle. And this brand is awesome, the best price, The best performance, and easiest on your skin.

Ripped my skin
Used it for my pregnant belly. It worked great initially. Literally got rid of the ripping feeling I had on my abdomen. HOWEVER, it literally ripped my skin off. It’s now extremely inflamed, red and some spots with blood. Idk what is in the adhesive but holy crap this is uncomfortable.

Kinesiology Tapes work ! but this falls short of other types, tears off hair and not good in water
Too sticky, tears off hair when others do not. and doesn't do well in water when others do.But did do a good job on movement and pain relief.

Not bad
I bought this when they ran a promotion $4.99 so I bought this and the red one. This roll was noticeably smaller than the red one but who has time to uncoil and measure to see if this one is short or the other one is long? Tape feels good but I was hoping the quality would be better. Still a great buy at $4.99

Quality product!!
I have used this brand of tape on athletes/patients for a long time and am always pleased with the way it performs. No discomfort when removing which is a huge plus
