This book is more for an APN, but is also a great resource of nurses in the NICU setting. It has a lot of higher level detailed information. This is much more extensive than a pocket guide, more like a textbook resource. Information is detailed and has everything you would need to know. Highly recommend for NICU nurses.

I LOVE this book
I LOVE this book. I've been a NICU nurse for many years and am now an NNP. This book helped me through my NNP program as well as when I was preparing for my boards exam (which is used by the NCC as a reference for test questions).

You will literally take it every time you have a Neonatal patient:)
This is just what I needed to enhance my knowledge.
