Delicious and easy to make!
This dessert was quick and easy to prepare. It has a creamy, rich texture and tastes great.It looks fancy, tooI used six ramekins instead of four and also used a torch instead of a broiler.Next time I am going to try to prepare it in a microwave.

Good, but not like the restaurant
I think I didn’t cook the custard long enough, because it never set up very well, it was a little too soft. And the broiler didn’t make as good a crust as I wanted. The custard flavor was mild and not too sweet, and it was fun to eat, but a little disappointing.
