Got this after wanting to get into shape, but didn't really want to go to the Gym, so we built one in the Garden and bought this, it is fantastic, well worth every penny, it is easy to set up, just a few bolts. and you are ready to go, it is sturdy and really easy to use, I am sure that I am not using all of it's features but will learn as time goes on, if you want a treadmill, this is definitely the one to go for.

I bought this treadmill simply because I'd bought 4 other cheaper treadmills over the last 18 months and they'd all broken, so I spent the extra money on this one. I weigh roughly 170kg and this treadmill has actually taken my weight as and when I can go on it (I'm disabled but have been told to walk as much as my back allows)I've had questions and queries over the last 6 months of owning this and they're answered quickly and in a friendly manner. I even had a call from a member of staff regarding a query I had.It's a large treadmill, which is handy as I'm 6 foot 3. The running board is a lot wider and lomger than the cheaper treadmills. It's solidly built and surprisingly quiet. I only walk on it but my wife runs on it and I can still hear the tv when she's running.I'd highly recommend this treadmill to anyone who's either larger or taller than average. Top marks.

I purchased this to help become more active on my weight loss journey and it is great. I am just under 28 stone in weight and this is a strong, sturdy machine that I have used every day from the day it was delivered. It is quite easy to assemble but you will definitely need 2 people. If you want a fuss free delivery I would recommend paying the small fee to have them assemble it. The delivery people lay place the box on the floor flat when they deliver and it does take up a lot of space so make sure you have enough room for it. It is easy to use and has everything you need in terms of water bottle holders and sturdy arm supports. Filling the oil was a little challenging and ours only had 3 instead of the 4 oil containers listed in the manual. We keep ours out, but we did try folding and unfolding it and it was easy to do. I would definitely recommend this company and this machine.

This treadmill has everything you are looking for. It is very solidly built, good wide track, very easy to use interactive board and quiet when in use.Just as good if not better than the treadmills that you find commercial gyms. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anybody.

I ordered this treadmill in December 2021 and it arrived few days after I have been using it and it is excellent at the beginning I had some questions to ask and the customer service is excellent my emails or phone calls were answered by Colin in customer services the same day and he patiently and efficiently answered any questions that I had at the beginning when I bought the treadmil before purchasing this machine I used to go to sport club and use the treadmill there but now I am happily using this one at home I would like to thank Colin for all the information that he has given me and I am pleased with my purchase

I got this treadmill for my son who suffers with depression and overweight, I did have trouble with the first delivery due to it being so big but spoke to James at Branx and he sorted it out quickly, but due to the size of the box although there was three men they couldn’t get it upstairs. So, they laid it down in my living room and I came to terms that my son will need to use it thereI paid the extra amount for it to be assembled and when the man came and saw it laying in my living room floor he said ‘I can’t let you live like this’ go and see if you can get some neighbour’s to help, I got two of my neighbours and with the help of the assembly man (unfortunately don’t remember his name) they took it out of the box with a lot of effect due to the treadmill being extremely heavy and took it upstairs’ in the room I had prepared, I was over the moonI’m 75 and don’t know a thing about treadmills, it’s a beautiful machine very sturdy. You need to add the oil that come’s with it, I was then baffled, so I spoke to Peter Jones at Branx who was so helpful and put my mind at rest. All together very pleased
