STAR WARS Rogue One Rapid Fire Imperial at-ACT

I'm a 41 year old geek and haven't stopped giggling like an 8 year old boy since this arrived this morning. Set up is straight forward, pop on chin guns, snap on legs, insert 4 D batteries and your off! It's even better to control it from your iPhone. Head swivels, chin guns light up and fire, nerf darts shoot out if the face and it walks and has incredible movie sounds. The three figs included are your basic Hasbro (non black series) figs but the paint and sculpt are FANTASTIC!!! Now excuse me while I step back into my 8 year old self to play with this!!!

My son loves this. It has a lot of components but was relatively easy to assemble. It was very pricey, but it’s more than lived up to expectations. I rarely write reviews, but I am writing this specifically to review the seller. The box arrived in pristine condition. It was meticulously wrapped and packaged - not always the case with third-party sellers. Shipping was faster than I expected, too. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

The RC feature on this at-act walker was a genius idea. And what a great idea of the bluetooth capability of operating it with a smartphone or tablet. Huge props to Hasbro and it's app. I have read other reviews of others having trouble with the rapid fire feature of shooting the nerf darts, but I have had no trouble at all. Unfortunately the legs don't lift high enough to walk on medium pile carpet. It does really well on smooth surfaces like hard wood floor and laminate flooring. Before I purchased this I did extensive research on youtube reviews. I highly recommend that for any potential buyers. Also, the Hasbro app is only offered until June, so if you are going to purchase this unit, do it soon so you can use the app. The detailing on the action figures are done well. And the sound effects are true tot he movie. I highly recommend this unit. Also, Amazon.com did a great job in delivering this item. I had no issues at all and it arrived earlier than expected. Not bad for being shipped to Canada!

This went on sale and I got it. Or a couple of them. Someone is getting a surprise bday present. So since I bought two, one magically opened up. So I took it out and toyed around with it for a bit. I used the APP for my Apple Mini 4. Worked pretty seamlessly. A little bit too much on the safe side for me. There's a feature where you can make kind of a fx movie thing. Part of it you an enter a sequence of actions and then have it execute. If you choose shooting a missile, it'll stop at that action and ask you to confirm it. That gives time for the mini doberman to run.The only things I don't like is that the sounds can't be turned off or adjusted. It's a pretty good volume. I've lived without the ability to turn. What I don't like is that for something so big it can't walk on most carpet and also a yoga mat that I had out. Like it was real grippy. Walking on Cardboard and tile was good. And there's the 4 D's battery thing. It's not a big thing for me but I'm so used to devices having rechargeable packs or being charged via usb or whatever else.This set is pretty good quality to everything in this set. Which I was actually pretty glad because most toys now seem to be crap or are ridiculously expensive for quality that they should already be.

This thing is awesome!!! Was kind of skeptical to purchase due to the price and the quality of some of the past vehicles, however this one is a winner. Very easy to assemble all the functions work perfectly. This definitely is a formidable reboot of the 80s version. My kid and I are having a blast with it. Would definitely recommend .

Let me start off, this thing is huge! It can connect with an app over bluetooth to remote control it or use the buttons on the ATAT itself. My kids haven't stopped playing with it since they got it. Definitely worth the money. Shop around and see what the best price you can find.

I thought this toy was dramatically overpriced at $300, but due to a sale earlier this year, I decided to gamble and stow it away until Christmas arrived. My son opened it yesterday (Christmas morning) and absolutely loved it. It's a bit few-dimensional (it slowly walks in one direction, head moves around, shoots nerf guns), but the size and app interaction made it pretty exciting. A couple of hours later, the door on the "mouth" that allows the Nerf dart to fire was jammed and wouldn't open when the button was pushed. I've tinkered with it a few hours and can't get it to work appropriately. There appears to be no warranty information and my son is relatively crushed. I cannot recommend this toy to anyone.EDIT: After contacting Hasbro, they responded within hours to provide corrective action. I am highly impressed with that level of customer service, and will provide an updated review once we receive a replacement.

I assembled the walker and set up the box, put the stickers on and then put in the batteries. Well, I tried to put them in. We had gotten all the way to that part only to find out that one of the 2 screws holding the batteries in wasn't able to be screwed in. The top nut that the top screw threads into was turned about 45 degrees and clamped that way when the body was constructed. I expect more from a toy that cost this much. My son was really upset when I told him we should send it back, especially given it's cost. So I decided to keep it and just be careful when changing the batteries given the box is only being held with 1 screw. I'll probably have to figure something out if the bottom screw gives out. Not too impresses with the quality of construction. Otherwise it's a very cool toy, everything else works. It walks great on very short carpet or hardwoods, not so much on heavy carpet. The gun that shoots the nurf bullets works great. The app you can down load is very cool with a lot of extra video recording with special effects making interactive scenes with the walker, and you can control the walker with the app as well. All the same functions on the toy are in the app. 3 stars for price vs. construction.
