Unusable upon arrival
Recently purchased this, it arrived. I assembled it just fine, and the inside of the tablet holder clip was stripped so it can’t even be mounted. Huge waste.

Design flaw
The Gibraltar portion of the order was bullet proof, but the plastic,"Hamilton" tablet holder must have been in a design transition not fully thought through. The nut that came with it wouldn't fit over the ball joint to snug the position.

Amazing quality, but a part is missing
Heavy duty and fabulous design but the following part was missing (will report to Amazon shortly):The plastic part that secures onto the [ball joint to snug the position] on one side and then screws onto the metallic arm on the other side was missing from the sealed package.

Ring pops off of tablet holder on first use.
This a very poor design where the tablet connects to the boom. As soon as I tried to adjust my tablet the metal part of the piece that holds the tablet to the Gibraltar Tablet Holder's boom keeps popping off. I would not recommend this to friends, and I will return this and not by from them again.
