This is a safe and easy to use product. It allows my elderly parent a safe and private way to take a bath - all on their own. Straightforward controls, safe and easy access. We are very happy with this product.For someone with mobility issues, we would still recommend someone being within earshot - just in case assistance is needed.

I'm a 82 year old woman and haven't been able to get out of the tub for many years, what a joy to be able to get in my tub now and soak and use the bath lift to safely lower and lift me up above the tub rim as I have a deep jet tub. the remote works very well, and the chair is comfortable when in the down position and is stable when it is lifting. I have used it twice so I don't know how it will be in the long run, but it is well worth the money so far.

This product is pertfect, but watch out for suction does not adhere to certain tubs. Had to return cost $75.00 to return and restocking of $ 79.00 Just beware and make sure it will work in ur tub. No where did it say a restocking charge. Very costly to return.

Loved concept. Measurements accurate and fit tub. Trial with 123 lb woman found the legs to feel like one moved side to side Visible to observer. Patient at high end of wgt. And item able to lower and return. Same wobble and legs had no room.. both persons 5'8". Ad stressed free $25 bath mat. None arrived. Highly disappointed. Item returned. Neither Amazon or company covered postage. Upsetting

This lift chair is exactly what I need. I have knee problems and could not get out of the tub. I like to soak with ebsom salt when I have inflamation flare ups and this lift chair solves my problem. I highly recommend this product.

I just love my Tranquillo Premium Electric Bath Lift! It was ready for use straight from the box, except to charge up the charger. After it was fully charged, we put it in the tub, & I was able to enjoy a wonderful bath experience, as it has been about over a year that I have not been able to get down into the tub & get out of the tub by myself. I would highly recommend you get one if you are not able to enjoy a full emerge bath in the tub. I contacted the seller about a couple of questions regarding the bath lift, & he was very prompt, called me back, & answeredl my questions. In a couple of days, I got my free bath Matt that came with the lift that was omitted because it was out of stock when my lift arrived. This seller gets a 5 star rating from me.
