Have been talking these tablets for over a year. Recently had a blood test and the results were impressive. Have read that vitamin D should be taken in olive oil for maximum effectiveness and these tablets are great being in extra virgin oil so extra goodness taking them. This is my second repeat purchase. These are also really small and easy to swallow and have no taste. Will definitely buy again

Bought for my daughter. A bit disappointed to see capsuls are made from gelatine, so as a vegetarian I can’t take them. Initially a bit smelly when you first open the bottle, but this goes away with time. Good value for money as only need to take every few days.

Was told by my GP to only take twice a week as 4000 is to muchIt's quite tiny so that's a bonus
