They don't fit on wine bottle necks.
This is very nice, although the seller said it fit standard wine bottles, it does not. I used it on a calico Jack bottle that it fit perfectly on, I now have two unique lanterns that I love and are quite the conversation piece and functional.

Love It!
I am very pleased with this product. The box it came in was very nice and presentable. The oil lamp is such a pretty shape and of great quality. It does wobble a little on the bottle I first put it on but another bottle with a little bit wider neck was perfect. I purchased this for myself but would also purchase as a gift!

Lovely but not as safe as the other brand I purchased
I loved the globe, but it wobbled on every bottle I put it on (I tried at least 8 different wine bottles). A small rubber seal (much like on a wine stopper) would have held it in place so much better. It was difficult to keep it sitting straight and it could easily be displaced. The small metal wick holder also just sat in the bottle opening. It needed the same small rubber seal and it would have been much more secure and safe. I would only buy this again if it had the seals to make it safer. I was disappointed in the lack of safety and secure fit, because it is such a wonderful idea and beautiful. Please make the changes and if you do, let me know.

Nice but want stay lit....for some reason.
Jury is still out. I really like them but maybe I’m using the wrong kind of wine bottle. The flame goes out all the time. It may be a matter of fit on the bottle. They are pretty though.

Very Unique
I ordered and received my Firefly kit and was so impressed with the product. A simple Lambrusco wine bottle saved and put to good use. The globe is very high quality. Put it all together and it was beautiful. I plan to purchase more of these kits for gifts.

Better than a candle for your dining room table
Very neat. I have already purchased two of them for gifts. I am purchasing empty wine bottles and making up my own personal wine labels. I only wish they would make the globes in different colors. I have bought some blue wine bottles and would like to have a blue globe. Great look on dining table instead of candles.
