Delicious
Delicious, especially with andouille sausage mixed in. You can also use chicken if you prefer. Just whatever you do, don't overcook it. The microwave directions are a lie. Always use the stove top method when cooking it. If you never experienced Zatarains products or Cajun food in general, give this a try. I promise you you will not be disappointed.

I love this rice...so good with chicken added! Used to get it at the store but they quit carrying it, was happy to find it on Amazon, only wish they had smaller quantities as I don't have a lot of pantry space.

Great Flavor
I loved the flavor so much that now I use half the rice per box. Really gives it a kick. I add olive oil, fresh brocccoli, carrots, black or red beans and a touch of cayenne pepper or red pepper. I could live off this stuff.
