Excellent cane!
I have trochanteric bursitis. One leg is slightly shorter than the other, due to a broken femur at age 14. It never bothered me until I turned 60, then it became painful as hell. I'm a little over six feet tall, so I need a longer one than standard, and the typical crook hurts my hand. This is light, strong, the right length, and looks as cool as a cane can. (Ha! Ha!) Using it immediately relieved the stress on my hip ligaments. I just have to mentally adjust to needing it! (As Don Juan says in Castaneda's books, you have to lose your self-importance.)

Great cane/walking stick
I purchased this item for my husband, he has been a bit unsteady on his feet but did not want to use a traditional cane. This walking stick is beautiful, very well made. He loves the brass top too. It looks classy.

I would have given this a 5-star if it were not for the bottom tip. I changed the bottom tip because it was weak and of low quality.

The bad reviews really are truthful
If I could give a NEG # -3 Seriously seller this is one of the worst items and just an embarrassment to Amazon. For me this was a working cane for a Total knee Replacement not a prop ! The detail of the brass is just real bad it came with green tarnish on every brass piece, severely dented like it was used then returned, it’s WARPED ! , the rubber sid tip on the bottom of the cain was OFF CENTER . Just an extremely poorly made Cain period !

Bottom Rubber Piece
Walking Cane is sturdy except for the bottom rubber piece. That piece is very tiny and wore out the first time I used it. I had to go to Home Depot, have them cut off the rubber on the bottom that was attached to a plastic piece so now I had just wood at the bottom. Then I bought another rubber piece that was much stronger then the original piece along with a larger screw. I had to then drill a hole in the wood at the bottom of the walking stick, then screw the new, more sturdy and larger screw at the bottom of the cane. I now can use the walking stick without the original tiny piece of rubber and plastic that it originally came with that wore off the first day of use.
