Reads cards but unknown detail
Excellent little card reader, is literally plug and play and will read a unique number for each card, even populating cells automatically in an excel spreadsheet which is fantastic, the only issue I've had is, we have absolutely no idea where each unique number is from or how it's formatted as it doesn't seem to match each cards UID or the details shown when using other card reading software. Tried with Mifare 1K classics, Salto Ultralite C and even NFC cards and reads something from them all, just the number it populates in any programme appears to be completely unique to the readers own translation as opposed to being the cards UID like for like which would have been handy to have and neither myself or my tech guy have been able to figure out where it gets the resulting value from.Otherwise, if you're just going to use this reader in itself or have the ability to translate it's read values for compatibility with other tech, it's a great little reader!
