Q: What is the size? Thanks

After a few washings and wear...it sizes out to be 36" x 44". When it was new and fresh it was 40" x 46". You can stretch it out to the full size.

Q: is this an official Condor product?

In 2016, I don't know that it is. I just received 2 of these, BOTH had a "Mad Dog" logo patch sewed in to it. Certainly NOT Condor.

Q: Should you rinse with warm or cold water to get out extra dye? People say both

I rinsed mine 5 times in hot water. Poop load of dye came ot. Didn't seem to effect the over all color. In a sink hand washed with detegent. Hung it to dry. Will not dry in a dryer. It is 100% cotton and will shrink if you do.

I'm not sure what you mean by "designs," because, as the picture shows, there is a traditional design on this shemagh. It doesn't have any images on it like an AR-15, just a standard traditional pattern. Hope that helps.
