Love these for hydration and vitamins. They can be used pre exercise or during or post exercise. Fizz up quickly and taste is not overpowering. This is my third lot and they are great value for money against more expensive brands.

Very hydrating tablets with a great flavour and at a good price.

I love these re-hydration tablets. They add a little flavour water to water, not too much and hardly any sweetness. These are great in encouraging me to drink a little more water, especially on a hot day! I've used before, so knew what to expect. They disolve quickly and are a great addition to pack for holidays, when you feel you might have just stayed out in the sun a little too long. A great pick up!

I use these for after running. Great for hydration and replacing salts. Wee bit pricey when you can get just as good at discount shops but the flavour is good and they do the job!

I initially tried the Hydro Boost Electrolyte Rehydration Soluble Tablets to stay hydrated during intense workouts. They do the job in terms of rehydration, and for those who prefer the convenience of a processed product, this could be ideal.However, after reading the list of chemicals used in these tablets, I became concerned about the potential long-term health effects. The product doesn't feel natural, and I worry it could contribute to health issues if used regularly over time. As a result, I’ve stopped using these tablets and switched to making my own isotonic electrolyte drinks at home.For those who are okay with using processed supplements, these might work well for you. But if you’re looking for something more natural, I’d recommend exploring other options.3 stars because they do work, but I’m not comfortable with the ingredients.

Found this product really good as it does a great job at a great price.As long as the price point doesn't go up they will remain my first choice but if the price goes up any more,then there's better and much more choice available.
