Nice and robust
It looks big in picture but is tiny product

Unstable stool
The 4 corners are not aligned and hence not stable on the ground. This is primary. The quality tests should have taken care of it. It is waste of time, effort and money to return and get it replaced. Not sure the replaced item will be good. Trust on basics must be ensured. As it is for senior citizens.
