I have plantar fasciitis, at lease that's what I've been told, the insole is comfortable and reduces the impact when walking but I'm not sure if it'll be enough since I'd like the arch to be tiny more higher, but the quality is there of course.

I liked these insoles because they fit perfectly in my Hooka sneakers . I did not have to trim them. They helped with my heel pain. I would recommend them .

I self-diagnosed my plantar fasciitis, so I thought I'd give these inserts a try even though I've heard that arch supports do a better job. Luckily, however, these inserts have been working great for me. I work long hours standing and lifting heavy animals, and my left foot had gotten to the point where I couldn't bear weight on it the next day. While these inserts are slightly uncomfortable while using them, they don't hurt, and I can walk without issue the next day after a long shift. If you think or know you have plantar fasciitis, I think these are at least worth a try, since they're pretty inexpensive and just might help.
