The first diffuser I bought seemed to be very finicky. It would turn on and do its thing (mist, music, lights). then within days it would stop after 20 minutes and completely shut off and I wasn’t able to restart it again. I checked it every once in a while and when It did decide to start the light and the sound comes on, but there was no mist. I’ve always had diffusers that are made of cheap plastic parts and I’m pretty sure everyone reading this has had the same and is done fooling with those pieces of junk. This is the real deal that we all save up for and I will say it’s beautifully made!!! So when I called Amazon to troubleshoot, they originally told me to contact the manufacturer, but the Amazon representative said the manufacturer will probably refer you back to us since we are the seller. I told him I agreed And I asked what can we do? He put me on hold, talked with his manager, and told me they will be sending me a brand new one as a replacement!! They also advised me to ship the old one back, even though I didn’t have the original box Which was fine by me since they provided a label! I am so impressed with Amazon customer service sometimes that it’s worth a headache of getting through to them and actually talking to a representative.

MAGICAL! MYSTICAL! If I could give this ten stars I would, it's that fantastic. It's beautiful and soothing. Beautiful glass and bamboo with lights and music and scented mist. It's pricey but no other diffuser would make me this happy, no regrets! Even my husband likes this thing.

Best purchase I have made in a long time. I put it on the one hour setting (you can set it for ip to three hours) each night with peppermint or lavender oil and I am asleep before it shuts itself off once the hour is up. I love the music it plays so I have not yet hooked it up to my iphone. Very soothing. It was very pricey but well worth the cost

We honeymooned in the Maldives and this diffuser was in our room. We were so excited to find an Americanized version that worked here and was the same diffuser. Also, for cheaper than the international version. It works really well, looks amazing, and the music is great. Really brings us back to our honeymoon every night when we put it on.
